The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us when we were in a bind. They even coordinated the shipping of our lost backpack back to the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a serene environment for relaxation.

Although we didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant, there were plenty of good options within walking distance. The menu seemed a bit limited and the prices were on the higher side.
